Our Process
At Hollywood Tree Co., every piece of live edge furniture or product tells a story.
Whether crafted from a tree on your own property or reclaimed from one of our arborist jobs, our creations celebrate the natural beauty of wood. From tables and benches to charcuterie boards and cutting boards, no two pieces are alike—making every item a true one-of-a-kind.
Cut
We reclaim wood from trees we’ve removed during our arborist work.
Dead, dying, or hazardous trees, as well as fallen logs, are given a second life through our careful milling and curing process.
Cure
Once processed, the wood is cut into slabs and cured for up to a year to ensure durability and stability.
Need a faster turnaround? Kiln drying is available for select projects at an additional cost.
Create
We work together with you to design and build the perfect creation for your home, both artistic and functional.

All made from local live edge trees, finished with a foodsafe hardwax. All-Wood and Epoxy and Wood boards available.

We build a variety of tables, desks, benches, headboards and more. Reclaiming trees we fell enables us to build one-of-a-kind statement pieces, functional and artistic.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?
It depends on whether the wood needs curing or kiln drying. Cured slabs are ready for immediate use, while fresh wood may require up to a year of curing. Kiln drying can cure wood rapidly, but is subject to an extra charge.,
What types of products can you create?
We offer furniture like tables, benches, desks, and headboards, as well as small goods like charcuterie boards and serving boards. We also create outdoor structures like fences and sheds from rough-cut timber.
