How Much Do Tree Services Cost?

- Visible and Invisible Hazards / Targets

- Equipment required to efficiently complete a job

How can I tell if my tree is dying?
Sometimes it is difficult to tell if a tree is dying, but here are some things to look out for:
- Dead leaves or no leaves when there should be healthy growth
- The tree is no longer standing as straight as it was
- Excessive amount of broken branches
- Bark is falling off the tree
- Visible rot or fungus
- Unchecked termites and pests
- Damaged roots

When and How Do I prune Apples Trees?
Most fruit trees and plants are best trimmed in the late winter, before the new growing season begins. Fruit trees will benefit from trimming all the watershoots and cutting back of old wood to the 3rd-5th node on each branch.
Apples grow on old wood, so by reducing the amount of watershoots and reducing the branch length, your apple tree can photosynthesize and send carbohydrates to the flower bloom that eventually become the apples.
What’s the Difference Between Pruning and Trimming?
While they share a lot of similarities, pruning is the act of reshaping and managing the trees growth, and trimming is the ongoing care and maintenance of the plant to maximize health and growth.
