Our Return Policies
How we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Questions?
Eligibility for Returns
- Apparel: Eligible for return within 30 days, provided the item is clean, undamaged, and has tags intact.
- Custom Projects: Non-returnable. If the product is defective due to HWTC’s negligence, we will attempt to rectify the issue. Note: Unseen flaws in live edge wood are natural and not HWTC’s responsibility.
- Sale Items: Non-returnable.
Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must be unused. Original packaging is not required, but tags must be intact for apparel.
- No partial refunds are granted.
Timeframes for Returns
- Apparel Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Live Edge Pieces: Eligible for resolution due to errors within 90 days of purchase.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for apparel, provided the customer pays all related shipping costs.
- Processing Fees: Exchanges may incur a small processing fee, particularly for multiple exchanges.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For local customers, in-person returns or exchanges are accepted within the specified timeframe.
- HWTC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
- If there is an error on HWTC’s end, we will take reasonable steps to correct the mistake but cannot guarantee a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- We will provide a return address and any additional instructions.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange decision.
